The podcast version of Murder at Avedon Hill started in June of 2007, available through this website and through Podiobooks.com. The final product should be around 45 episodes, with production lasting until the end of 2008. Due to the generous help of family, friends, and members of the tribe, MaAH has morphed, skirting the edge between straight read and audio drama, with over 30 guests adding their voices to the podcast.

I’m putting this message into the feed because there are several people that have provided the feedback required for the contest, but have not sent me an email. Without that email you are not qualified for the contest drawing!

On a happy note, we are at 41 reviews on iTunes. Since we reached 40 reviews by July 1st, the prize pool has been increased to five items. Whatever the prize pool may be, on July 1st I will videotape the drawing of the winners and release that on stickam page. Good luck!!
• On July 4th I will be releasing a special “And Now for Something Completely Different” short podcast episode. It will be a reading/re-enactment of Patrick Henry’s Give Me Liberty speech from March, 1775. I did this for a special project over at Podiobooks.com that hasn’t reached fruition at this time, so I’ve decided to release it here as well. It should completely confuse everyone listening to MaAH, but what the heck? It’s July 4th, after all!
• On Sunday, July 6th, at 2 pm Eastern time, I will do a live broadcast on Stickam. It will be a listener appreciation episode, where I’ll play some of the wonderful voicemails from the Caern Line, talk about some of the emails I’ve received, and we’ll do another Q&A with any audience members that join in the fun.
• I’m going to start releasing some art in the feed. Ever want to see a map of Avedon Hill? Of Avedon Manor? Of some of the tunnels under Avedon Hill? We’re going multi-media with MaAH. I hope you’re ready.
• Chapter 25 will be released on July 10th.

Arames Kragen and Arrin Perti have been asked to investigate the murder of Gretta Platt. The first day of the investigation ends with Arrin learning he is a dream-walker, and with Arames hunting vampires outside the town walls. In chapter 14, Arames spends some time in Avedon Manor, attempting to learn more about Gretta’s position as Housemistress. At the same time Arrin remains in town, and with Cletus’s help discovers some interesting links between Gretta and Hemming the Baker.
